Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
  2. Stretch dough on a floured surface to desired size.
  3. Transfer to parchment paper.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
  6. Slide onto the hot baking sheet/stone.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
