Ingredients
  

  • 3 piece Chicken breasts, boneless skinless (about 180g each)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F / 190°C for 3 minutes.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket with space between each piece.
  4. Air fry for 14 to 16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C at the thickest part.
  5. Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing to keep the juices inside.
