Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F / 190°C for 3 minutes.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket with space between each piece.
- Air fry for 14 to 16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C at the thickest part.
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing to keep the juices inside.
