Ingredients
  

  • 900 g Chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F / 193°C for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels, then toss with baking powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  4. Air fry for 22 minutes, flipping halfway at 11 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C.
  5. Check at 20 minutes — the wings should be deeply golden and crisp; add 2 more minutes if needed.
  6. Toss immediately with your favorite sauce or serve plain with dipping sauce on the side.
