  • 500 g Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 200°C for 3 minutes.
  2. Toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  4. Air fry for 15 minutes at 400°F / 200°C, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edges are golden and crisp.
  5. Check at 12 minutes — the cubes should be fork-tender inside and crispy outside, adding 2 more minutes if needed.
  6. Serve immediately while hot for the best texture and flavor.
