Ingredients
  

  • 2 piece Avocados
  • 2 slice Bread
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • pinch Salt

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork.
  3. Toast the bread until it is lightly browned.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the toast.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the avocado and sprinkle with salt.
