Ingredients
  

  • 2 piece Bread
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • pinch Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of the bread slices.
  3. Place the bread slices, buttered side down, in the pan.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon, sugar, and salt evenly over the bread slices.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and cook for another minute.
