Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tbsp Adobo sauce from the can
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy with no visible lumps.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with more adobo sauce for heat or lime juice for brightness.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
