Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 piece Large eggs
  • 3 tbsp Melted butter

Method
 

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined with small lumps remaining.
  4. Heat a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the griddle and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set.
  6. Flip and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately with butter and syrup or your favorite toppings.
