Ingredients
  

  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Diced Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers and onions to the egg mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into greased muffin tins.
  5. Dot the top of each muffin with butter.
  6. Bake the egg muffins for 15 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve the egg muffins warm.
