Ingredients
  

  • 8 piece Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta for 8 minutes.
  2. While the pasta cooks, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, until they start to release their juices.
  5. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  6. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, basil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine with the garlic butter sauce.
