- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a pinch of salt.

- Once the butter has melted, pour in the eggs and cook until the eggs start to set.
- Use a spatula to gently fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.
- Continue cooking until the eggs are almost set, then fold the omelette in half.
