  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • pinch Salt

Method
 

  1. In a jar or container, combine the oats, milk, honey, and salt.
  2. Stir well and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. In the morning, top with your favorite fruits or nuts and serve.
