  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Method
 

  1. In a jar, combine the oats, milk, and honey.
  2. Stir well and refrigerate overnight for at least 4 hours.
  3. In the morning, top with your favorite fruits or nuts.
