Ingredients
  

  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 l Water
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar

Method
 

  1. Fill a medium saucepan with water and add a tablespoon of white vinegar.
  2. Bring the water to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Crack an egg into a small bowl or ramekin.
  4. Reduce the water to a low simmer and create a whirlpool in the water.
  5. Gently pour the egg from the bowl into the center of the whirlpool.
