  • 450 g Ground beef, 80/20
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Water

Method
 

  1. Combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it into small crumbles, until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat, then add the spice blend and water to the skillet.
  4. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the liquid reduces and the meat is evenly coated.
  5. Use immediately in tacos, burritos, or crunchwraps, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
