Ingredients
  

  • 680 g Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 200°C for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry, then rub with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  4. Air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 16 to 18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C at the thickest part.
  5. Check at 16 minutes — the exterior should be golden and slightly crisp, and if needed, add 2 more minutes.
  6. Rest for 3 minutes before serving to let the juices redistribute and keep the chicken moist.
