Ingredients
  

  • 340 g Fresh chow mein noodles or yakisoba noodles
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cup Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 cup Yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes until tender, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add cabbage, celery, and onion, then stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until softened but still crisp.
  4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder, then toss for 2 to 3 minutes until evenly coated and heated through.
  5. Serve immediately while hot for the best texture and flavor.
