Ingredients
  

  • 2 piece Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add the chicken thighs and coat evenly.
  3. Dip the coated chicken thighs in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Brush the air fryer basket with 1 tsp of olive oil. Place the coated chicken thighs in the basket, leaving some space between each piece.
  5. Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes. Flip halfway through, at the 6-minute mark.
  6. Check at 12 minutes — the exterior should be golden brown and crispy. Add 2 more minutes if needed.
  7. Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving immediately.
